Ferro titanium powder is a kind of gray shiny ferro-alloy powder with a certain flammability. Ferro-titanium is a ferro alloy composed of titanium and iron. This product takes titanium oxide as raw material and is refined by thermite process. It is a strong deoxidizer and degassing agent for steelmaking. The main components of titanium and iron also contain aluminum, silicon, carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, manganese and other impurities. Used as steel-making deoxidizer, desulfurizer, degassing agent and alloy agent, iron titanium can also be used as electrode coating, flux cored wire additive. According to the different content of titanium, there are mainly three varieties: FeTi30(containing Ti25.0%-35.0%), FeTi40(containing Ti35.0%-45.0%) and FeTi70(containing Ti65%-75%).
