Low carbon ferromanganese powder is a kind of silver gray metallic luster ferro-alloy powder, widely used in fluxcored wire, electrode industry, to accelerate the welding reaction speed of low carbon ferromanganese is manganese ore as raw material, smelting in the blast furnace and electric furnace. Manganese has a strong affinity with oxygen and can form stable manganese oxide with oxygen. In addition, as an alloying element additive, ferromanganese can enhance the hardness, ductility, toughness and wear resistance of steel. It is widely used in alloy steels such as structural steels, tool steels, stainless heat-resistant steels and wear-resistant steels.
