It is generally made of sponge titanium or residual titanium as raw material, which is hydrogenated, crushed and dehydrogenated to get pure titanium powder. It is widely used in powder metallurgy, metal material additive, target material, bio-medical material, electric vacuum aspirant, spraying, plating and other raw materials.

4. Product application:
It is used as a getter in the electric vacuum process, as a hydrogen source in the production of foamed metal, and as a source of high-purity hydrogen. It can also be used in metal-ceramic sealing and powder metallurgy to supply titanium to alloy powder. Titanium Hydride is very fragile, so it can be used to make powdered titanium. It is also used for welding. Titanium Hydride is decomposed by heat to precipitate new ecological hydrogen and metallic titanium. The latter can promote welding and increase the strength of the weld. It can be used as a catalyst for polymerization reactions.
